Profile: Procurement for Frozen / Fresh Category for Multiple Regions of India including Delhi, Noida, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Surat and Indore.KRA:• Issue/ Approve Purchase Orders (POs) for Frozen and Ice Cream Brands. Manage and track ongoing purchase orders.• Work with the Category Manager to monitor sales pattern and market availability of major SKUs and plan procurement for DOTD sales.• Review and maintain availability of 100+ brands on SKU level based on current consumption rates (CPD).• Monitor consumption rates (CPD) and procure festive SKUs to meet bumped demand on festivals.• Adjust purchase ordering based on predicted projection volume.• Work with warehouse team for resolution of daily escalations related to GRN of purchase orders.• Ensure that the Warehouse SOP based on FSSAI guidelines is strictly followed.• Review and Update Per Unit Price, MRP, Grammage and UPC of SKUs in coordination with Commercial and Finance team.• Partner with Central Brand POCs and Internal Stakeholders to develop a strong inventory management and distribution system.• Data Analysis, Data Driven Decision Making and Data Management.• Use in-house procurement dashboards like Prodhpadmin, Superset and Retail Management for Purchase Order Management and tracking stock availability.• Major Brands include Amul, Mother Dairy, ITC, McCain, Godrej Yummiez, Kwality Walls, Havmor, Cream Bell, Baskin Robbins, Giani’s, Go Zero, Aashirvaad and so on.
