I am working as a senior business analyst and solution lead for a Citi Private Banking application. During my professional tenure of around 15+ years, I have majorly worked on Banking and Finance domains and have in-depth functional understanding of Core & Private banking, Advisory, Wealth management business lines and specialization on the Payments domains. I have led several medium to high complexity projects successfully with hand-on experience on solution design, project planning, estimations & budget management, functional & technical impact analysis, requirements grooming with business product, driving end to end deliveries with agile, hybrid and waterfall methodologies for many global banks which involved regulatory projects, consent orders, business discretionary projects, migrations, new product builds and technology upgrades.I also have good understanding of microservices architecture, data concepts, legacy migration & modernization techniques with past hands-on experience on mainframe technologies, SQL, Postgres and cloud concepts.Key Projects: ISO20022 SWIFT migration, SIC adoption, SEPA DD, STP Wire strategies, AML, FATCA, GDPR, application modernizations.Key Responsibilities- Responsible for managing complex, global projects end-to-end, backlog grooming with business users, story creation, sprint planning, and driving scrum calls- Interact with business, Operations, Service and other business partners associated with these projects; build and sustain strong relationships with these client groups- Work with the development teams and the Application and Domain architects in designing and providing various solutions- Onboard various dependent stakeholders for a project and drive engagements- Work closely with Program Management and Quality Control teams to deliver quality software to agreed project schedules- Proactively notify Development Project Manager of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns- Oversee the development of scope, budgets and timelines- Monitor, update and communicate project timelines and milestones; obtain senior management feedback; understand potential speed bumps and client’s true concerns/needs- Create weekly and monthly reports for higher management with Project status, issues, estimate and resourcing- Drive initiatives on software quality, automation and team building.
