Oversee daily supervision of hospital staff, ensuring strict adherence to discipline, hospital protocols, and organizational policies to maintain a high standard of care and professionalism- Collaborate with Senior Management and Heads of Departments (HODs) to manage and execute recruitment strategies for both senior and junior roles across various medical and non-medical departments- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding, and facilitating smooth integration into the hospital environment- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in line with hospital and legal requirements- Organize and coordinate internal events, workshops, and training sessions for staff development, as well as external events, conferences, and team-building activities- Address and resolve daily HR-related queries and concerns raised by hospital staff, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain a positive work environment- Act as a liaison between hospital staff and senior management, facilitating open communication and supporting employee relations initiatives- Monitor and enforce hospital HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness in treatment across all levels of staff- Support performance management processes, including regular feedback, performance appraisals, and professional development plans- Handle employee grievances and conflicts, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions as necessary- Assist in the implementation of employee benefits programs, health and safety protocols, and other welfare initiatives- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for senior management to support strategic decision-making- Stay updated on labor laws, healthcare industry regulations, and HR best practices to ensure hospital compliance and mitigate risks.
