I am a chemical engineer with experience in process engineering, project engineering, and technology transfer. In my current role as a Process Engineer at Virtuoso Projects & Engineers Pvt Ltd, I perform hydraulics and other calculations for sizing equipment, vessels, exchangers, and other miscellaneous engineering calculations. I recommend and participate in efforts for improvement of technology, design tools, work processes & procedures. I prepare Heat & Material Balance for Process & Utility Systems, interact closely with Technology Experts, Process Specialists, Skills Specialists, and Technical Services to come up with solutions to complex problems. Prior to this, I worked as a Project Engineer (Process) at Mojj Engineering System Ltd, where I was responsible for preparation of Process Flow Diagram & Piping and Instrumentation Diagram of Stripper, Evaporator & ATFD. I also prepared Control Philosophy & Interlocks of Process Stripper, Evaporator & ATFD, Line sizing, Vessel sizing, Pump hydraulics calculations, and data sheets for Pumps, Agitator, etc. I prepared Enquiries, Evaluating offers, technical clarification with vendors for process Equipment’s / Packages and participated in Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Activities with collaboration with the client. In my previous role as a Process Cum Technology Transfer Engineer at Anshul Specialty Molecules Pvt. Ltd, I studied Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), developed PFDs and Engineering Flow Diagram (P & IDs), and prepared Mass and Energy balances. I participated in Hazop studies in technology transfer process, conducted In-house Training activities, and handled troubleshooting in the process, utilization of manpower accurately. I have experience working with industry leaders such as Honeywell Automation India Ltd, Praj Industries Limited, and Vinati organics Ltd. During my tenure, I have honed my skills in production operations, handling various chemicals such as TBA, methanol, caustic, HCl, and different catalysts, handling high pressure and temperature endothermic reaction, oxidation reaction, packed distillation column, Vacuum distillation, Extractive distillation, Autoclave, Scrubber, Oxidizer, Crystallizer, ANF, Screw-Conveyor, Silo, and Dryer. I am passionate about delivering solutions that meet quality standards and contribute to the success of the organization.
