About Abhishek Kumar Kushwaha

I’m an undergraduate student at IIT Gandhinagar, majoring in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. I’m passionate about Software Engineering and enjoy working on systems that sit at the intersection of performance, reliability, and clean design.In Summer 2025, I interned at Trading Technologies (TT) as a Software Engineering Intern on the Order Connectivity (OC) team. During my time there, I built a CLI-based log-parser utility that streamlined developer and SRE workflows, contributed production-ready improvements to FIX Order Gateways, and worked across real-world tools such as Linux, Jira (Agile workflow), Jenkins, Chef, and Kibana. The experience strengthened my understanding of large-scale distributed systems and reinforced my interest in backend engineering.I have a strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms, Operating Systems, Object-Oriented Programming, Computer Networks, and Basic System Design. I’m comfortable working in Linux environments and enjoy solving problems that require both analytical thinking and hands-on experimentation.I’m always looking to build impactful projects, learn from challenging engineering problems, and collaborate with teams working on high-performance software systems.
