A brief description of myself. I am Abhishek Kumar working as Assistant Manager (Personnel) in Kurja Sub Area, Hasdeo, SECL.I act as Welfare Officer of 2 working underground mines named as Kurja -sheetaldhara UG & Kapildhara UG mine with approximately 950 manpower.Per day my responsibilities as welfare officer starts with counseling & grievances of workers in incline of mine ( MTK office/CDS/Colliery office ) proceeds with various duties assigned to me, some of them are - 1. Payroll of employees, 2. Contributions related to Provident, fund & Pension, 3. Gratuity & other terminal dues, 4. IR issues & meets,5. Departmental Promotion, 6. Legal cases, 7. Disciplinary Cases, 8 Grievances, 9. RTI, and additional assignments given by higher authority time to time. I am fortunate to share that i have well dedicated team members who are always ready to given their 100%. I am always try to focus on new learning activities for future growth.
