A. Training Program Development:1. Identify the training topics. Making a skill matrix of all the employees and determining the score according to the topics by the concerned department head.3. Making Training Calendar.4. Identify Training need as per Skill Matrix.B. Training Delivery:1. Create engaging and interactive training content, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.2. Determining the date for training and informing all HOD and concerned employees.3. Conduct training sessions and workshops using various methods, such as lectures, hands-on activities, and group discussions.4. Utilize different training technologies and platforms to enhance learning experiences.C. Assessment and Evaluation:1. Measure the effectiveness of training programs through written exam, feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.2. Analyze training outcomes through HOD and adjust programs as needed to improve effectiveness and relevance.3. Provide individual and group feedback to participants to support their growth and development.D. Collaboration and Coordination:1. Partner with department heads and managers to align training programs with organizational needs and objectives.2. Coordinate with external training providers and industry experts when necessary.3. Support cross-departmental training initiatives to foster a collaborative work environment.E. Documentation and Reporting:1. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.2. Prepare and present reports on training metrics, effectiveness, and recommendations for improvement.3. Ensure training documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible
