As a Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) Electrical Engineer, I responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical systems and components during, development, manufacturing, and installation. This role involves proactive quality management and detailed testing to meet industry standards and client specifications.Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Assurance (QA)- Develop and implement QA processes and protocols for electrical systems and components- Ensure design and development processes comply with industry standards (e.g, ISO, IEC)- Conduct audits of internal processes to ensure adherence to quality management systems (QMS)- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including test procedures, specifications, and reports- Collaborate with engineering teams to design for manufacturability and quality.2. Quality Control (QC)- Conduct inspections and tests of electrical products, systems, and equipment to verify their functionality and performance- Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications- Identify and resolve any non-conformities or defects in electrical components or assemblies- Utilize testing tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and electrical analyzers to verify product quality- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials and components meet specified quality standards.3. Documentation and Reporting - Create and maintain detailed records of quality inspections, tests, and corrective actions- Generate reports for internal teams, senior management, and clients, highlighting quality trends and areas for improvement- Ensure all quality-related issues are addressed promptly and appropriately documented for traceability.4. Continuous Improvement - Propose and implement improvements to processes, tools, and systems to enhance product quality and efficiency.
