BUIDCO mainly accelerating the urban infrastructure projects in the State of Bihar. These infrastructure projects are mainly 24x7 Water Supply Projects, Sewerage and Sewage Network Projects, Storm Water Drainage Projects, Solid Waste Management Projects, Urban Transport Projects, Affordable Housing Projects, Riverfront Development Projects, Urban Street Light Projects, Commercial Market Development Projects and Urban Beautification Projects(parks etc.).Activity Performed -• Responsible for developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and schedules in coordination with stakeholders.• Lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective collaboration between engineers, architects and Consultant.• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing project updates, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.• Review and approve material test reports, concrete mix designs, and third-party lab results.• Witness tests on-site and off-site, such as cube tests, compaction tests, slump tests, etc.• Factory inspection with team for inspection of product quality.• Monitor and verify all construction activities like concreting, steel reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, etc.• Supervise the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring they align with the specified timelines, budgets and quality standards.• Ensure that all project activities meet the required technical specifications and adhere to quality standards.• Prepare detailed progress reports, and project documentation for internal and external review.• Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and facilitate capacity-building initiatives to enhance team performance.
