Responsible for Lead Generation, Remarketing, Brand awareness, and Demand Generation of new products for all UG & PG courses of UPES University, Dehradun through different online campaigns like Search, Display, Discovery, Pmax, YouTube & Facebook- Strategizing & creating AOP/Budgets for the online business, in line with the growth objectives of the company, and coming up with a list of initiatives, timelines, resource requirements, etc. for achieving the plan- Leading a team of digital marketers to achieve the annual targets- Developing strategies, managing budgets, optimizing performance, and administering the planning and execution of campaigns based on market trends, competitor analysis, customer behavior & impact of different national-level exams- Analyzing and auditing the quality of leads to improve the application to admission percentage- Coordinating and managing different education partner portals (like Shiksha, Careers 360) to generate leads- End-to-end monitoring & auditing of all the account activities to ensure compliance- Coordinating with different internal teams like Finance, IT, Product, and BI/MIS for the successful execution of all the projects- Working with the creative and design team to create banners with attractive and appropriate content- Creating and analyzing weekly and monthly performance reports & extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies- Presenting weekly performance reports to higher management.
