KEY RESPONSIBILTES:Operational Oversight & Quality AssuranceOverall supervision, management, and quality control to ensure uniform standards, SOPs, and procedures are maintained across the unit, delivering top-tier service to the client.Ensure all supervisors and technicians comply with applicable policies and procedures, including health, safety, environment, and quality standards.Asset & Project ManagementResponsible for asset management, cost control, material procurement, and coordination of projects from initiation to handover.Successfully completed a million IT infrastructure project for Camplus Client, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.Statutory & Compliance ManagementAssist in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as building insurance, DG duties, and other legal obligations.Implement and monitor IGBC compliances, including energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, and indoor environmental quality standards.Maintenance & Technical OversightTrack AMC/Warranty/Defect Liability periods for HVAC, DG, BMS, CCTV, and other systems; assign work orders and manage emergency projects.Maintain effective command over all MEP services and ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance schedules as per the 52-week PPM calendar.Conduct physical inspections of all equipment (DG sets, substations, transformers, chillers, UPS, HT/LT panels, WTP, hydropneumatics, fire pumps) to ensure optimal performance and compliance with SOPs.Fire Safety & Emergency PreparednessMaintain fire safety systems through regular inspections of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and hydrants.Ensure all emergency systems are operational, and line pressures are within prescribed limits.Coordination & CommunicationConduct regular meetings with service agencies to ensure smooth operations.Coordinate with project and design teams for proper handover and snagging of civil, finishing, façade, firefighting, CCTV, access control, and parking systems.Service Delivery & Client SatisfactionEnsure all complaints are resolved within SLA timelines.Assign daily tasks to shift supervisors and monitor execution.Maintain effective records of operations and maintenance services provided to the client.Coordinate with OEM/AMC contractors for timely service delivery.
