As a Senior Program Manger, successfully leading Claims process & team to deliver revenue-oriented results that are scalable across 26 markets by establishing a robust Claims framework. Building strong networking with various Last Mile Carrier teams and the Finance teams, aligned strategy with the company\'s overall goals and objectives, resulting in cost savings of ~10M (€) for 2023. Developed a Framework for the Claims and Refund process to ensure a smooth and efficient process for handling customer claims and refunds.Deliver projects to digitalize the customer journey and experience by refining processes and adding an API-enabled feature to the App for more flexible refunds. Utilizing data and insights, built compelling stories that influence stakeholders and senior leadership to gain buy-in to the product strategy and roadmap. Manage backlog that brought others with me, evangelizing targeted outcomes and ideas to deliver upon those outcomes with the end goal in mind.
