Drafting Legal Documents- Prepare Pleadings: Draft pleadings such as writ petitions, appeals, applications, and other legal documents required for court proceedings- Affidavits and Counter-Affidavits: Prepare affidavits and counter-affidavits in response to petitions filed against the Union of India. Research and Analysis- Conduct Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to stay updated on recent judgments, laws, and regulations that may impact cases involving the Union of India- Analyze previous judgments and case laws to build strong arguments and strategies for ongoing cases.6. Collaboration with Other Counsel for supervision.7. Compliance with Court Orders- Ensure that all orders passed by the court are complied with promptly. This includes filing compliance reports or taking necessary actions as directed by the court.
