As a Program Manager - National Key Accounts at Zomato, I manage and grow the relationships with our strategic partners and clients across the country. I co-ordinate and oversee the execution and delivery of customized solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our key accounts. I have over five years of experience in the online food delivery industry, working in various roles and functions, from regional growth to program management. I have successfully developed and implemented strategies to increase sales, retention, and satisfaction of our customers and partners. I have also contributed to several cross-functional projects and initiatives that enhanced the quality and efficiency of our services and operations. I hold a MBA degree in Marketing from CHRIST UNIVERSITY, where I gained a strong understanding of business and marketing concepts and practices. I am passionate about leveraging my skills and knowledge to create value and impact for Zomato and its stakeholders. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities that come with working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
