Lead the projects to support the launch and prototype builds of upcoming chassis, futuristic products, and automotive structural parts of commercial vehicles for INDIA and global OEM’s.• Worked with cross-functional teams in the USA, Mexico, and Brazil for requirement definition, design, testing, and CAE for the design and release of chassis, frames, and structural parts for passenger and commercial vehicles.• Worked on multiple projects by making strong work relationships with customers and flawless communication with internal and external customers. • Arrange and lead weekly project meetings with top management and engineering teams to address critical issues and escalate the issues as needed. • Conduct the program gate review with customers, top management, and CFT to review program status and upcoming deliverables.• Worked closely with supplier to get proto build on time and resolve their engineering issues to expedite project.• Manage the cost, budget, resources, and expense status of the project to review in meetings.Generate the RFQ for proto testing and finalize the supplier for prototype testing and perform testing. • IP protection: Co-ordinating with IP firm and providing technical inputs of the Innovation.Worked on EV truck chassis assembly process.
