Company Secretary with Commerce and Law Graduate who has cleared all the CS exams in first attempt at the age of 21. I started my corporate journey with L&T Technology Services Limited and Tata Consultancy Services Limited as a CS Management Trainee and currently working at Tata Consultancy Services Limited.I have working experience in Buyback, handling of Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation, ESOP Allotments and other Stock Exchange, MCA and Board compliances.I had the privilege of being a speaker at a compliance event of TCS on the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for the top management to share insights on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies.Furthermore, I had the opportunity to work with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as a Legal Trainee, where I actively engaged in identifying violations, issuing summons, and show cause notices to companies etc.My achievements extend beyond the corporate realm, as I have been recognized for my proficiency in Shukla Yajur Veda memorization and Shlok Competitions at Sanskrit Gurukul.
