   Managing the closure of the books and preparation of Balance sheets, P&L & cash flow on Monthly, quarterly & annual basis.• Preparation & presentation of Monthly results/MIS to Management, Investors & other internal & external stake holders by 4th working day of the month. • Controlling the entire revenue process of the Company (including Subsidiaries) as per Company policies & Ind AS -115/IFRS-15.• Restructured the revenue process for the organization which resulted in additional revenue of Rs. 340 Million for FY’24. • Implemented new accounting policies/requirements in line with Ind AS, including lease accounting (Ind AS-116), ESOP/share based payments (Ind AS-102). • Dealing with the auditors for the closure of quarterly, Interim & Annual audit. Successfully able to complete 5 audits with Zero discrepancies and that too 4-5 days before deadline.• Successfully able to implement IFC controls for FY 25 in the organization.• Managing the investors relations & providing timely information and reports as requested.• Liasioning with the banks on treasury matters including day to day functioning, Setting up of OD limits, Investments etc.• Vendor Management, dealing with various vendors resulted in the saving of Rs. 32 Million for the organization. • Ensured compliance with monthly and annual tax filings (TDS, GST, Advance Tax, ESI, PF), with no delays in tax deposits or returns.• Streamlined the vendor payment process biweekly that lead to smooth workflow & payment processing without errors. • Leading a 13-member finance team, achieving an eNPS score of 80 out of 100, up from a previous score of 41. • Preparation of Annual operating plans & budget and regularly analyzing them with different stakeholders & departments to keep them in line with organizational goals & objectives.
