Engineering, Contracts, Procurement, and Coordination with Site Personnel. • Perform all procurement activities for civil bulk materials (steel, cement, admixtures), agencies (contractor finalization), HDPE pipes and fittings, DI pipes and fittings, MS pipes, solar panels, electrical items, etc. •Invite only pre-qualified contractors/vendors from our organization\'s approved list to work with us. • Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility. •Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers. •Approve purchase orders and organize and confirm the delivery of goods and services. •Prepare contractual agreements using current research methods and a thorough understanding of the company’s needs and capabilities. •Coordinate closely with the site, management, and head office for material planning, delivery schedules, quality assurance plans (QAP), dispatch clearance, and data sheet approvals. •Manage purchase requisitions (PR), requests for quotations (RFQ), comparative statements, negotiations on rates, delivery terms, quality, and payment terms. •Collaborate with legal teams, costing and budgeting teams, planning, execution teams, and other office staff for a smooth workflow, MIS reports. •Follow up on materials, vendor due payments, and evaluate vendor performance
