I\'m a problem-solver at heart, which led me to Co-Found EcoOrbit Solutions—a DeepTech Industrial Automation startup focused on tackling inefficiencies in Material Sorting operations in waste management. Over the past 6 years, I’ve led product development, built and managed cross-functional teams, and worked closely with customers to translate insights into solutions. I bring a mix of technical understanding, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset in the teams and products I work. Brief of my work at EcoOrbit- On boarded 3 Co-Founders, 11 Interns, 5 diverse mentors, and 3 consultants- Led development of AI-powered waste sorting systems and analytics tools- Secured pilot opportunities with 6 private MRFs and 1 state government for EcoArm (robotic sorting system)- Got selected for funds worth ₹137 Lakhs (₹107.5 Lakhs Government Grant & Equity Funding+ ₹11L Equity + ₹18.5L grants) and secured ₹29.5 L of them- Represented the startup in 7 Accelerator & Incubator programs. I had to step away from the company due to prolonged delays in disbursal of approved Government funds and cash flow, Structural issues.
