Concrete Technologist with over 7 years of hands-on experience in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) quality control, construction material testing, and admixture product development. I began my career in a NABL/ISO 17025-accredited laboratory, performing testing of cement, aggregates, concrete, steel, fly ash, GGBS, water, bitumen, and admixtures as per IS codes, project specifications, and departmental protocols. Currently, I work in the Construction Chemicals division at Berger Paints, where I specialize in developing customized admixture solutions—including PCEs, retarders, accelerators, and hybrid systems—designed to meet specific performance needs at the site level. My work integrates lab-based R&D with real-time field application, focusing on optimizing workability, strength development, setting behavior, and long-term durability across varying cement chemistries and environmental conditions. With a strong foundation in civil engineering QA/QC practices and deep expertise in concrete mix design and material compatibility, I bring a results-driven approach to every project. Looking ahead, my goal is to take on a leadership role in the RMC, cement, or infrastructure sector—building and mentoring a technically competent QA/QC, Technical Service or product development team that sets new standards in construction quality, innovation, and reliability.
