Test Planning and Execution: Create and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate system functionality, data accuracy, and compliance. Quality Assurance: Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure the successful deployment of solutions. Data Migration and Validation: Oversee data migration activities, including mapping, cleaning, and validation, to ensure data integrity during implementation. Defect Management: Identify, track, and resolve implementation issues and defects using tools like JIRA or TFS. Client Support and Training: Provide end-user training, support, and documentation to facilitate system adoption and usage. Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in implementation processes and recommend best practices to enhance efficiency. Agile Collaboration: Work within Agile teams to align deliverables with project objectives, conducting regular updates and retrospectives. Report and Dashboard Customization: Customize and validate client-facing reports, dashboards, and KPIs to meet business needs. Compliance and Security: Ensure that implementations adhere to compliance standards, data governance, and security protocols. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Post-Implementation Support: Monitor systems post-deployment, address issues, and ensure smooth transition to operational phases.
