   BG Shirke Construction Technology Pvt. Ltd.Project: PMRDA Mass Housing Project, MoshiScope: 47 Buildings, G+14, Precast Construction System, Working at a large-scale PMRDA housing project involving 47 G+14 residential buildings executed using precast construction technology. Actively involved in precast manufacturing operations at the industrial plant, focusing on the end-to-end production process of structural elements.Key responsibilities included:Exposure to precast manufacturing workflow including casting of walls, slabs, and columns.Understanding mould preparation, reinforcement placement, concreting, and curing processes for precast elements.Monitoring curing cycles and quality control checks to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.Observing material handling, storage, and stacking methods for precast components.Gaining insight into standardization, repeatability, and speed advantages of industrialized construction.Coordinating with plant engineers to understand production planning and daily output targets.Learning safety practices and quality systems followed in an industrial precast environment.This internship provided hands-on exposure to industrialized mass housing construction, integrating manufacturing processes with on-site execution and project planning.
