Pivotal executive with over 2 decades of diversified experience & leadership in Sales & Marketing, P&L management, Portfolio Strategy & Integrated marketing across fast paced, matrix, non-matrix organizations and segments like Oncology, Nephrology & Neurology. I have a distinguished background of building profitable & sustainable business, turning around business and teams across diverse portfolio of Biologics, NDDS & NCE. Adept in critical cross-function collaboration/management like BD, COE, finance & portfolio. Proficient in GTM strategy, building new business models, disruptive marketing & beyond the pill initiatives.Though my core domain had been Oncology, I have been fortunate to get opportunity to lead and turnaround business in segments like Nephrology & Neurology. In my current role as Commercial Head of Nephrology business, I lead a team of passionate professionals who has turned around the business delivering 30% growth Y-O-Y, making brand number one in RPM & ERPM and gaining 10% mkt share and 90 rank in last 2 years in IPM. In my previous roles as PNL head for Hematology/Neurology and Marketing head for Oncology, I have brought transformation in Oncology business, marketing as well as portfolio and have lead teams that developed long term portfolio of Oncology, Neurology and Nephrology.
