Currently part of the Scientific Leadership Development Program (SLDP), a rotational program designed to accelerate the growth of early-career scientists by providing hands-on experience across multiple R&D functions.Analytical Development Rotation: Collaborated with senior scientists to develop analytical methods for pharmaceutical product characterization. Gained hands-on experience with Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Completed training in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Polymer Development Rotation: Focused on the synthesis, purification, and characterization of novel polymers for pharmaceutical applications. Utilized Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). Led the development of a new GPC method based on prior method development experience.Upcoming rotations will include Process Development and Medical Affairs, broadening my exposure to the full product lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration in pharmaceutical R&D.
