With a diverse foundation in finance and law, I currently work as a Jr. Analyst (Treasury) at Arcesium, where I support treasury operations for leading hedge fund clients. My responsibilities include managing collateral management workflows, performing daily margin and exposure reconciliation, conducting interest calculations, and executing collateral and cash reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely settlements.Before Arcesium, I worked as a Cluster Legal Manager at Hinduja Housing Finance, where I managed legal risk, conducted title verification, and led due diligence across branches. I ensured compliance with local laws, supported regulatory audits, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve legal and operational issues efficiently.Before entering the corporate world, I spent time as an independent trader, an experience that fundamentally shaped how I understand and approach the capital markets. It was during this time that I developed a deep appreciation for fundamental analysis, along with the importance of capital allocation and the often-underestimated role of behavioral finance in investment decision-making. This period instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, risk awareness, and continuous learning—principles that continue to influence how I think about markets, assess opportunities, and approach my work today.
