Safety & ComplianceImplement safety protocols as per OSHA/IS codes for high-rise construction.Ensure scaffolding, working-at-height, and lifting operations follow safety norms.Monitor QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) compliance.5. Documentation & ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Maintain as-built drawings, checklists, test reports, and QA/QC documentation.Highlight risks, delays, or deviations to the Project Manager with mitigation plans.
