   Role and Responsibilities Conduct risk assessments, credit analyses, review financial results, peer analysis, financial projections, build detailed financial model containing revenue, profitability, liquidity, capital structure, cash flow and working capital cycle of the client. Prepare transaction approval memos, conduct due diligence, & sensitivity analyses on regular basis Escalate credit concerns/updates to senior risk and business managers. Propose risk mitigation action to be taken by staying continuously informed of related developments/news for the portfolio, industry covered, understanding the credit process, policies & DBS risk appetite. Assist with portfolio review preparation and conducting stress tests. Build working relationships with various teams across the bank, including deal, coverage, & product teams. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding DBS, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues. Liaison with product teams for providing new banking solutions customized to client specific requirements. Dealing with corporate clients in private sectors spanning multiple industries such as Automobile, Metal recycling, Food & beverages, alcoholic, and Wood etc. Regular meetings with Promoter, CFO, KMP of company to maintain the relationship and build the business. Monitoring of clients through quarterly financial update, earning calls, early warning signal and conduct with another bank. Keep track on impact of significant events such as price movement, rupee deprecation, red sea crisis, Bangladesh crisis etc. Monitor and take action for covenants & key client submission such as stock statement, UFCE and regulatory documents.
