   Conducted end-to-end test case design and execution work for user stories in banking software programs. Utilizing JIRA, managed and maintained over test cases, achieving a 95% test coverage rate that enabled consistent adherence to project requirements. This workflow led to better quality, reduced risk and ultimately to a higher quality of customer experience. Through a thorough mapping of each test case to acceptance criteria, also lowered the defect escape rate and made the deployment process much smoother.
