Managing a team of 15+ members onshore-offshore model to support Corteva Agriscience 17B$ market as OTC and GTS architect. Corteva is a global company with complex customer sales operation in various regions APAC, LATAM, EMEA and North America. As an Architect, primarily responsible for implementing big IT projects specially the S4 Hana transition from heritage system and various other implementations across regions to facilitate business operations and legal compliance. Also, responsible to provide monthly/quarterly metrics to identify project opportunities by bringing automation and cost saving avenues analyzing backlogs, Forecast and resource availability.The job duties include• Managing a 15+ members OTC/ GTS team to smoothly implement the IT projects on time, providing the SOW and costing in terms of timelines and budget to client and providing a forecast of upcoming project/ revenue for Deloitte in quarterly manner• Also overseeing the complex S4 HANA transition project for Corteva from heritage system and helping the team to get the functional requirement and best model to the standard package alongside few customizations.• Managing the OTC/GTS run and maintain activities to de-escalate complex incidents and having daily calls with key members in client and tracking and reducing ageing backlogs and time sensitive incidents by coordinating other ERP and Non-ERP modules• Working closely with global managers in APAC/LATAM/EMEA/NA regions and getting the forecast ready for the upcoming IT projects and prioritizing the delivery on a 30-60-90 model based on the complexity/ Legal need and Resourcing availability both in offshore and on-site.• Also performing analysis on the scope of business process improvement by bringing efficient tools and to look for opportunity to push for SAP to replace some legacy application. For example, successfully engaged in replacement of EI middleware with SAP PO.
