Thrilled to begin my journey at Frutta as a Food Safety Officer (HSEQ Associate) — where every day brings new opportunities to elevate food safety, quality, and compliance standards across the food industry.In just one month, I’ve- Audited 20+ food establishments including industry leaders like SRM Hotels, Gokulam Park, L&T, and other organisations - Conducted audits and documented FSSAI audit reports, identifying critical gaps and driving site-specific compliance actions- Conducted hands-on training sessions on SOPs, GMP, and hygiene practices to empower frontline food handlers and ensure on-ground execution- Launched and actively contributed to Frutta’s new mission: “Kitchen Transformations”– a strategic initiative focused on improving hygiene infrastructure and operational SOPs to ensure FSSAI compliance across multiple sites- Implementing compliant checklists at ground level I’m proud to be part of an organization committed to building a safer, more compliant food ecosystem — and excited about the transformation still ahead.
