My key responsibilities— Architect and build full-stack features using React.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and AWS, supporting 10k+ daily users on public benefit infrastructure— Lead efforts to scale microservices, integrate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes), and automate cloud-based deployments— Drive backend optimization, security compliance (OAuth2, JWT), and REST/GraphQL API development to ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and rapid onboarding of new collaborators— Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team to deliver dashboards, real-time analytics, and workflow automation tools that empower distributed remote teams and nonprofit leaders worldwide— Advocate open-source processes, code reviews, technical mentoring, and continuous improvement across the product and engineering organizations.Tech stack includes MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions, Jest, and associated DevOps tools.Delivering robust, secure, and scalable solutions that accelerate OneCommunity’s vision of global sustainable development and open-source technology for good.
