About Abhiram N Atri
With over eight years of experience in electrical and controls engineering, I am passionate about designing, developing, and testing innovative and sustainable solutions for the manufacturing industry. I have a master\'s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, and I have acquired multiple certifications and skills in Rockwell allenbradley PLC, Siemens PLC, Variable frequency drives, soft starters, electrical panel wiring, ISO 9001, NFPA-70E and OSHA standards. I am currently a manufacturing equipment engineer at Tesla, where I apply my knowledge and skills to optimize the performance, efficiency, and safety of the production equipment and processes.In my current role, I work with a cross-functional team of engineers, technicians, and operators to troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade the electrical and mechanical components of the manufacturing equipment. I also lead and participate in multiple green field projects involving PLC programming, electrical wiring, robot programming, emulation, testing, commissioning, and training of peers.Some of the projects I have successfully completed in past include the installation and integration of various electromechanical equipment, the customization and improvement of several PLC programs, and the implementation and verification of various safety and quality standards. I have demonstrated strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, as well as leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
