At Sycomp, I led the design and deployment of secure, large-scale Azure Databricks data platforms across multi-environment enterprise landscapes. My work focused on automation, security, and governance, ensuring deployments met strict compliance and operational standards. • Workspace Deployment & Automation: Built Terraform-based, modular IaC to automate provisioning of Databricks workspaces, VNETs, subnets, private endpoints, and managed identities across dev, test, and prod. • Security & Governance: Integrated Databricks with the Security Analysis Template (SAT) to evaluate and enforce compliance, streamline cluster and workspace policies, and standardize governance across multiple subscriptions. • Cluster & Compute Management: Designed cost-efficient and secure compute policies, optimized Spark runtimes, and supported scalable ETL and ML workloads. • Networking & Access Controls: Delivered secure VNET-injected deployments with private connectivity, RBAC/IAM-based access controls, and cross-subscription integration for enterprise-scale environments.This project strengthened Databricks adoption by combining automation, performance optimization, and enterprise-grade security into a unified platform delivery model.
