At VE Commercial Vehicles, I manage end-to-end development of electric trucks and buses—working across teams, resolving challenges, and ensuring smooth coordination from idea to delivery. Previously, I contributed to national infrastructure research during my time at NITI Aayog and led high-paced operations at a startup.What excites me most is taking on complex, fast-moving projects and bringing clarity and structure to them. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, aligning diverse stakeholders, and ensuring that products not only launch on time but also create real value.    Project Manager, Electric Vehicles Segment- Managing multiple new product development programs under the PMO, which exclusively handles New Product Development, where I am responsible for Electric Vehicles Segment- Built and maintained project health dashboards to track status, delays, and quarter-wise performance for 10+ EV development programs using Excel and internal tools- Managed allocation and tracking for an EV development budget, spanning various phases including concept validation, prototyping, productionisation, and market launch- Conducted business case evaluations across project stages to assess profitability, including gross contribution, net present value, and internal rate of return; supported key financial decisions such as driveline migration through cost-benefit analysis- Led process design and cross-functional coordination for new platform and manufacturing extension to sister plant, including legal and financial alignment for outsourced builds and PLI-linked EV production- Led high-stakes discussions during the launch of the vehicle with monocoque construction which was a first for the organization. Took ownership in resolving location ambiguity and prioritizing customer commitments over unresolved internal NCs to maintain delivery timelines- Oversaw customer inspections and incorporate evolving client-side changes mid-project. Balanced these against internal targets for time, quality, and cost to ensure product alignment without compromising operational integrity
