Handled and managed Working Capital Limit to the tune of (₹7,500 Cr) comprising of (15) Consortium Lenders with mix of PSU, Private and Foreign Banks and facilitated enhancement of working capital limits ₹1,800 Cr+.Funds raising via NCDs (₹300 Cr), CPs (₹300 Cr), and Rupee Term Loans (₹100 Cr) Part of the process to get engaged into new instruments like Mobilization Advance Loans, Surety & Insurance Bonds.Roles & Responsibilities• Effective and strategic usage of Fund based and Non-Fund Based Limits / exposure so as to support smoother Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letter of Credit (LC) issuance, Capex Funding with a team size of 04 Nos.• Ensuring Monthly Drawing Power (DP) Limit by preparing stock statements.• Engaged into Sanctioning and Loan Documentation process for every instrument.• Co-ordination with various External Agencies like External Credit Rating (ECR), Statutory Auditors, Valuers, IPAs, and Lender Legal Counsel (LLC), Security Trustee (ST).• Support to Management by preparing One-Pagers, PPTz, quarterly MIS, BG Issuance Analysis, Peer Company Analysis, Arranging Higher Management Meets as per internal requirements.• Ensuring all lenders compliances, annual surveillance, including consortium meetings, ASM Audits, Stock Audit, BG Audits.• Negotiating with lenders so as to seek favourable terms and fine competitive pricing with various ROI regimes including but not limited to Bank MCLRs, T-Bill, RBI REPO.
