Abhinit has about 16+ years of experience in Web Content Management including 14+ years in Adobe Experience Manager precisely. In his role as AEM Lead Architect and Consultant at Bounteous, Abhinit is responsible for the design and development of AEM based web applications, and advises clients on AEM implementation and best practices. As part of his role, he is responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, client communications, training, code quality standards and promoting best practices during implementation. He owns the technical side of things for the AEM implementation projects and is responsible for managing the team members, their tasks and velocity.He is a Adobe Certified professional and possesses the Adobe Experience Manager 6 Technical Architect and Developer certifications. He has 14+ years of experience in building and deploying enterprise level Web Content Management solutions on AEM as a Cloud, Adobe AEM 6.5, 6.4, 6.3, 6.2, 6.1, 6.0, 5.6.1, CQ5.5 using JCR, CRX, Apache Felix, Sling, OSGI, Bulk Editor, jQuery, Sightly, JSON, HTML and JavaScript. Good expertise in building AEM components, templates, dialogs, widgets, OSGI bundles, services, custom workflows, replication agents, dispatcher configuration, and JCR queries. Has good experience in using AEM related development tools like Eclipse, Brackets, Maven, SourceTree, Git, GitFlow. Apart from his experience and hands on various technical skills and tools, he possesses strong analytical skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
