   Server Management [Configuring client node to backup associating to Schedules]• Define and check Client schedules, Admin schedules(Check missed/failed and trigger manual backup)• Tape management• Disaster Recovery Management • Create or modify backup jobs for new systems or databases.• Investigate and troubleshoot hardware or software issues that affect backup performance including storage issues, network issues, authentication issues and media related h/w issues• Assist with restore requests from end-users or other teams as needed.• Define and monitor administrative operations like Db backup, Migration, Reclamation, Expiration and Storage Pool backup• Configuring Policy domains, Policy sets, Management classes, Copy groups and maintains retention policies• Coordinate with external vendors to resolve hardware issues in Data Center Tape library, AIX servers, SAN/Storage when required.• TSM/ISP and Azure SP server version upgrade, Tape Library firmware upgrade, Serverconsolidation• Decommissioning of nodes and define and manage retention policies, long term retention periods• Provide support for backup server Tape drives and library problems, including halting and/or restarting the backup server software application.• Working to fix Hardware error I/o error on Drives. By cleanup drives from libraries, Drive reconfiguration• Coordination and management of the incident and problem in TSM, AIX, SAN and Enterprise Storages.
