I brought down attrition from 72% annualized to 39% over two years through strategic efforts, predictive analytics, and optimized hiring and onboarding processes. The COMPAS 2.0 leadership program I architected for 180+ managers delivered measurable improvement in employee experience.At MPL, I stepped into the fast-paced world of a gaming unicorn where agility and innovation were everything. I designed an organization-wide learning charter that strategically connected talent development goals with core values using the proven 70:20:10 learning principle. When we needed to upskill 100+ managers across tech and non-tech functions, I developed a comprehensive People Manager program that improved employee experience by 700 basis points. What I\'m most proud of is creating a tech-driven solution that reduced manager-employee escalations by 59%.My journey at Nivea India was transformative - where I learned to truly think like a strategic partner. I provided strategic HR partnership to Regional Sales, Customer Marketing, and E-Commerce leaders while owning the Learning and Development agenda for India. The breakthrough came when I built an internal talent pipeline through an assessment-development center approach - filling 56% of open positions internally while saving 20% on costs. I also led the \"NIVEA India goes Digital\" program, incubated 3 new business ideas, and launched a pan-India flexi-workforce program that added 1200+ outlets in just 2 months.
