Managing teamwork allocation to ensure consistent good performance as a backup to Operations Manager.• Conduct recruitment operations including applicant screening & tracking and all pre hire check activities BG(Background) and DT(Drug) checks.• Talent Sourcing – Using LinkedIn, Indeed, HCareer and other to identify and connect with potential candidates for the vacancies agreed with Hiring Manager and property.• Candidate selection systems – Knowledge of the process of evaluating using assessments or other selection tools for screening and shortlisting candidates based on certain criteria.• Screening and Evaluation – Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualification, skills and cultural fit, screen resumes and prospect.• Candidate Engagement – Initiate and maintain relationships with potential candidates through effective communication and networking.• Facilitate effective communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.• Responsible for recruiting profiles of Marriott for Management and Hourly roles.• Maintain accurate and update candidate records in Applicant Tracking System or relevant database.• Interview Scheduling – Sending Materials, Agenda and Calendar invites to Hiring Manager, Candidate and closing ticket on Service now.• Running Boolean searches and other methods of sourcing candidates.• Helping clients in closing the open role within the deadline by delivering the right pool of candidates as per the requirements.• Interaction with Onshore Team & client to resolve enquiries and issues.• Pull daily reports like Open requisitions detail report, due today requisitions & SLA reports etc.• Maintain data including maintaining of Quality Report• Responsibility to train new hires, mentoring new hires & helps teammates.
