I’m currently co-creating Effectv, where we explore how better design can bring clarity to how work actually flows inside teams.Many organizations struggle not because people lack talent, but because the work itself is unclear. Roles blur, ownership gets diluted, and workflows break between teams. I’m interested in how thoughtful design can bring clarity to roles, workflows, and the systems through which work moves.Before this, I spent more than a decade in product design, including over six years leading design for Wynk Music, one of India’s most loved music apps. There, I helped shape how millions of people experienced music, learning that great design is not just about usability, but about creating rhythm, flow, and coherence.A few years ago, I stepped away from the fast pace of corporate life and moved to the mountains. I spent time in silence, practiced Vipassana, and observed how patterns of thought and attention shape how we experience the world.That experience continues to influence how I think about technology, design, and organizations.Today, my focus is simple:designing clarity into how work happens.Always happy to connect with founders, designers, and builders who are thinking deeply about how better systems can shape better work.

   At EffectvHire we are building the decision intelligence layer for leadership hiring, transforming subjective, gut-feel judgments into structured, data-driven decisions for Director and VP-level roles where one mis-hire can cost millions.As Co-founder and Product Designer, I’m responsible for translating this complex decision-making science into an intuitive, human-centered product experience for Leaders.
