I lead the global strategy and operations for Schneider Electric’s Managed Security Services — a multi‑contract portfolio operating across several continents. My team functions as a global SOC, delivering 24×7 Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Asset & Vulnerability Management (AVM), and Cybersecurity Control Management (CCM) for clients in the critical infrastructure and industrial sectors.My work centers on the complex challenges that sit at the intersection of OT and IT. This includes designing detection engineering frameworks purpose‑built for industrial environments, deploying OT visibility platforms at scale, and building risk‑based vulnerability management processes that incorporate real environmental context. I also establish the governance models — KPIs, SLAs, escalation paths — that give both internal teams and customers a clear, data‑driven view of their cybersecurity posture.I was promoted from MDR Practice Lead to General Manager at Schneider Electric. Before this, I delivered MDR and threat hunting at EY and managed SOC operations at HSBC — experience that ensures every strategic decision I make is grounded in hands‑on operational reality.I hold certifications including CISM, CISA, CEH, Nozomi, ISA/IEC 62443 Specialist, and Microsoft Security Operations Analyst, and have been recognized externally as Security Transformation Leader of the Year.
