My journey spans across eCommerce and rider-hailing, where I’ve honed my skills in launching and scaling categories, driving growth, and building robust operational processes from the ground up. Key highlights of my career include scaling Flipkart\'s Fashion verticals, launching the \'Watches\' category to achieve 100 Cr. GMV in 18 months, and establishing leadership in \'Men\'s Footwear\' with 2500+ Cr. GMV and significant cost improvements. At Uber, I drove 10%+ market share gains in the West region and built a new supply planning capability from scratch.At Flipkart, I played a key role in launching and scaling new product categories from the ground up.
