   Serving as a frontline quality authority in the manufacturing of high-performance drilling and mining cables and wires — where precision is non-negotiable and product failure is not an option. Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality across every stage of production, from raw material through to finished product clearance. Act as the primary quality guardian on the production floor, continuously monitoring the manufacturing of industrial-grade drilling and mining cables and wires, intervening swiftly to correct process deviations before they escalate into costly defects or production losses. Execute advanced laboratory testing and technical analysis on wire and cable products, evaluating critical mechanical, physical, and structural properties to verify full compliance with stringent industry and engineering specifications. Make high-stakes accept/reject decisions on cable and wire batches destined for use in demanding underground drilling and mining operations, where product integrity directly impacts operational safety and performance. Identify root causes of quality failures and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) across the production line, contributing to measurable reductions in defect rates and material waste. Maintain precise quality control records, test reports, and inspection documentation, ensuring full product traceability and audit-readiness at all times. Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to uphold zero-compromise quality standards, supporting consistent on-spec output at scale in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
