With more than a decade of experience across product management, life sciences & healthcare strategy consulting, and drug development research in both the industry & academia, I have a strong focus on developing strategy to drive innovation in product management, commercial strategy at pharmaceutical companies and contract research organisations. Currently, I lead Reaxys product innovation team and am responsible for development of predictive solutions for small molecules discovery, defining the 3-year product vision and strategy, yearly product development roadmap, managing internal and external communication of Reaxys strategy and product development roadmap and helping sales team with key customer discussions. I have had the chance to work on the development and commercialisation of Elsevier’s first AI based product – Reaxys Predictive Retrosynthesis which has been a commercial success and has received great feedback from customers.I have a strong track record of delivering product innovation, commercial growth, evaluating collaboration with external companies and successful go-to-market launch of new products. Prior to this role, I led multiple consulting projects at Deloitte, PwC and Evalueserve, advising the board and senior leadership teams of leading UK and global life sciences firms on their drug development and business transformation strategies.
