Currently working in the capacity of AGM at JBM Group (a leading integrated auto component and Auto OEM (EV Buses) manufacturer in India), with over 15 years of diverse and cross-functional experience in the auto and heavy engineering industries. I hold an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and a B.Tech.(Mechanical) from VIT University. I am currently pursuing HP Future Impact Leader - IICA Certified Environmental-Social-Governance (ESG) Professional Programme. I am also certified as an internal auditor, a CII EXIM Bank Award assessor, and a project management professional.My role involves driving business process & digital transformation projects, sustainability, and risk management across multiple business units while aligning them with the group\'s vision and objectives. I have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. I have also led and supported digitization and IT enablement of business excellence initiatives, as well as auditing and assessing various manufacturing units based on JBM excellence pillars.
