Iterated on unclear prompts and slow queries.•Coordinated release notes, short demo clips, and a help center that reduced hand holding during onboarding.•Tool onboarded to 14 customers. Result observed in pilots: cohort creation time dropped to ~30 minutes; adoption among non technical users rose noticeably. Subsequent releases focused on cross cohort comparison and member analysis.
