I currently work in the Group Strategy Office of Mahindra Group. Prior to this, I worked with Creador in their Portfolio Value Creation team, primarily focusing on improvement of store profitability & performance, and marketing initiatives at MR.DIY (a retail portfolio company of the fund). I also worked as a P&L Director at WhiteHat Jr for the India, ANZ & UK business. I was responsible for Business Planning, Growth Strategy, Channel Expansion, New Initiatives, Marketing Budget allocation to maximize ROI, Monitoring of target achievements.Before that, I worked with BCG as a management consultant for ~3.5 years, where I worked on corporate strategy, customer offering design, go-to-market, expansion strategy, portfolio optimization strategy, synergy assessment, procurement cost reduction spanning multiple industry verticalsI graduated from IIM Ahmedabad in the Class of 2018 (Institute Rank 29 in PGP-1). I am a Chartered Accountant (qualified in May 2015), with all-India merit ranks at all 3 levels:CPT: AIR-2IPCE: AIR-24Final CA: AIR-28I worked as a Senior Associate with PwC Mumbai in the Assurance line of service, where I received a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) after my articleship with a double promotion. I got the opportunity to perform audits of large multinational clients across a wide range of industries, with excellent appraisals for my work during my tenure with the firm.Prior to that, I completed my graduation as a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai.
