   As a Founding Engineer, I bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and rigorous technical execution.Technical Responsibilities: I lead the end-to-end architecture and deployment of complex, production-grade backend systems. This includes designing scalable microservices ecosystems (Python, RabbitMQ), structuring database schemas, and developing robust APIs. I specialize in integrating advanced AI/LLM capabilities, having built custom Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and Agentic chatbots, and real-time streaming avatar platforms for enterprise and government clients. I oversee the entire software lifecycle from infrastructure setup to production release.Managerial Responsibilities: Beyond coding, I serve as the acting Technical Lead. I translate ambiguous client and stakeholder requirements into strict, actionable engineering deliverables. I actively mentor a remote team of junior developers in India, establish code quality standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and manage the technical delivery roadmap to ensure alignment with our business and revenue goals.
