My journey started at Army School, where I discovered the thrill of mountaineering, the discipline of jungle warfare, the freedom of horse riding, and the joy of swimming. Those experiences taught me the value of pushing my limits, embracing the unknown, and staying true to my commitments—values that have been a part of me ever since. My path into entrepreneurship wasn’t exactly typical, but it was always driven by a passion to solve real problems. With a foundation in mathematics, I found myself drawn to breaking down complex challenges into manageable pieces. This passion led me to the Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre at IIT Kanpur, where I took my first big leap as a Young Professional Program Fellow. When I entered the world of cybersecurity, I’ll admit—I was a bit scared. But I learned to thrive by using my problem-solving skills to untangle even the toughest challenges startups face today. One thing that I’ve always believed in is the importance of trust and commitment. Whether I’m leading a team, managing operations, or simply having a conversation, I always aim to keep my word. To me, trust is the foundation of everything, both personally and professionally. Today, as Vice President at Treacle Technologies, I’m dedicated to driving Innovation, Strategies, Business Development and Operational excellence. My journey has taken me through managing funds, guiding startups, and scaling cybersecurity ventures—all with the goal of making a positive impact. I find joy in simplifying complex ideas, supporting teams, and helping startups navigate their way to success. But what truly makes my journey special is the incredible people I get to meet along the way. I love connecting with others, sharing stories, and collaborating on projects that have the potential to change the world. Here’s a glimpse into my journey- Securing Grants: Successfully authored the TIDE GTM Proposal, securing a prestigious INR 30 Lacs grant for Treacle Tech, making it the only cybersecurity startup from IIT Kanpur to achieve this milestone- Stakeholder & Partner Management: Collaborated with advisors, stakeholders, and industry leaders to create business development strategies and maintain robust partnerships that drive growth- Driving Strategic Growth: Spearheaded initiatives with system integrators and channel partners to enhance market presence and unlock growth opportunities- Sales & Lead Generation: Ventured beyond operations to support sales team, aligning efforts with the company’s growth trajectory- Operational Excellence: Managed core operations, financial coordination, and legal aspects, ensuring streamlined workflows and enhanced efficiency- Leadership in Marketing: Took charge of marketing operations for over two months, leading event setups and driving engagement despite being primarily focused on operations- Team Expansion: Played a key role in growing the team from 4 to 22 members, showcasing my leadership, hiring, and team-building expertise- CEO Office Support: Partnered closely with the CEO to manage investor relations, incubator collaborations, and partnerships, aligning all efforts to ensure strategic innovation and growth.I thrive on challenges and am driven by a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
