Post private practice, Abhinav moved in as an in-house counsel and continued to focus on the above areas with added responsibility of key stakeholder/ investor management, subsidiary management, corporate compliance management including ABAC/ AML implementation and training, ESG policies, developed and managed company policies relating to HR issues, IT/ Facility asset usage and developed SOPs for engaging with governmental authorities at local, state and federal levels. Abhinav is a speaker at conferences, seminars and discussion sessions organized by professional bodies and educational institutions. He contributes regularly to academic developments around the globe by being a contributor to M&A chairs, judging moot courts & legal writing competitions.
